Upscale, Santiago-based fashion retailer Boberck came to Bizango to create a beautiful, branded e-commerce website that would launch their online presence in the US market and internationally.
The company is owned by two generations of women who have built their brand on authenticity, quality and good taste. The new site needed to lead with these values and evoke the high-end experience of walking into one of their bespoke, Santiago-based boutiques.
They entered the American market with a line of German-designed luxury rainproof leather jackets that combine European style with incredibly soft materials and lightweight comfort.
We also refreshed their long-time logo and created an expanded brand palette that blends imagery of the natural world, intimate closeups of people and fabrics, and an exciting, global undercurrent of urban chic.

Social media content focused on growth to increase follower numbers to inspire trust in their new American audience while starting from a baseline of zero. We arranged influencer marketing to get Boberck’s high end products in front of a wider American audience, ran contests to build followers, and launched demographically targeted campaigns promoting their high end leather jackets and a line of women’s shoes.
These campaigns yielded high clickthrough rates and sent thousands of visitors to the company’s website among their target audience of upscale coastal consumers.
